Hello my name is Shari Bock I am the Cass City Public Schools Foodservice Director. I have been employed at Cass City Schools for 9 years. I had worked for in area restaurants for 26 years before coming to Cass City Schools. I attended Cass City Schools until 6th grade then we moved into the Ubly Schools, I graduated from Ubly in 1979. I am married with 2 grown daughters and 2 Grandchildren. We love camping with the grandchildren when we are not working.
My job here includes many different activities. I also am the leader of the Cass City Coordinated Health Team trying to help build a stronger healthier lifestyle for our students and staff. I work with the school nurse for student with allergies or other dietary issues that may require a special diet.
My favorite part of my job is the one on one contact that I get with the students. Each day a child also makes me smile or surprises me with the kindness that comes so naturally with children. My goal is to help children in any way that I can.
I am so impressed with the students that I have seen grow up since I have been here. Starting out at Campbell School as children and working there way up to the High School and how nicely they have matured into young men and women.
