I live in the county with my husband. We have two grown sons who attended Cass City schools. We enjoy the Cass City community because we believe that this group of people truly values children and families.   It is a pleasure for me to work with 1st graders each day at Campbell Elementary.

I graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in the spring of 2000 with a B.A. in Elementary Education, an Early Childhood Endorsement, and K-8 endorsements in Language Arts and Science.  My first nine years at Cass City were spent in 5th grade and then I taught 4th grade for a year.

Since recieving my teaching degree I have continued my education. I have earned my Masters Degree in Educational Technology and have taken several balanced literacy classes as well as attending the University of Virginia for in depth American history studies.
