My name is Linda Stec. I was born and raised in Cass City. After I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Science/Math major I began my teaching career at the Cass City Middle School. After a few years I moved to the elementary level at Deford Elementary School where I taught for many years until a third grade position opened up at Campbell Elementary. I have been teaching for 30 years. I have taught every grade level K-8 with the exception of kindergarten and fifth grade. I have taught in third grade the longest and I love teaching third grade! There is never a boring day or any two days the same when you are a teacher.
I am married and have three children. Two of my children have already graduated from Cass City Public Schools where they have received excellent educations that have helped them pursue their careers. The last one is still in high school.
